Who we are

VERA is operated by [Legal Entity Name], registered in the Republic of Panama. Contact: privacy@you-better-ask-vera.com

What we collect

• Email address — stored as a cryptographic hash for authentication. Not readable by staff.
• Birth date, time, and location — if you choose to provide them for astrological and numerological readings. Used only within your sessions.
• Conversation history — stored to enable memory between sessions. This is what allows VERA to remember you when you return.
• Session duration — used for billing purposes only.

We do not store payment data. All payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and PayPal under their respective privacy policies.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your session content for AI training.
• We do not share your birth data with any external service.
• We do not run advertising of any kind.

Data retention

Active accounts: data retained for the duration of the account. Accounts inactive for 12 or more months are deleted automatically. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@you-better-ask-vera.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Third-party services

Lemon Squeezy processes payments. Resend delivers transactional email. Neither service receives your session content or birth data. Please review their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle the data they do receive.

Your rights

Under GDPR (if you are in the European Union) and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@you-better-ask-vera.com.
