These services do not constitute and should not be understood as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, or a substitute for consultation with any licensed professional. VERA's consultations are generated by artificial intelligence and are interpretive, symbolic, and speculative in nature. No outcome is guaranteed or implied.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By accessing the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
One trial allocation of six hours per email address, lifetime. Trial hours are non-transferable. Unused trial hours do not convert to paid credit and do not carry forward into a paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through the end of the period for which you have paid. Monthly credit allocations reset on each billing date and do not carry over.
The $5 coffee top-up grants 20 minutes of additional active session time. It is available at session expiry only. It is non-refundable. Unused top-up time expires at the end of the current session.
If your first paid session does not meet your expectations, contact support@you-better-ask-vera.com within 48 hours of the initial charge for a full refund. One refund per account. No other refunds are available for unused time within a billing period.
VERA's voice, name, visual identity, and all content generated by the service are proprietary. Session content is provided for your personal use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by Panamanian law, we are not liable for decisions made based on session content, emotional distress arising from sessions, or technical interruptions to service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes shall be resolved in Panama City, Panama.
